Reiki Level I

So, you've been thinking about taking a Reiki class for a while, and you are finally ready to take that step!

Reiki finds you when the time is right, and I'd be honored to guide you on your Reiki journey!

The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. It is the life energy that flows through all living things. When this energy is free flowing one feels healthy and has a positive state of mind. When this energy becomes weak or blocked it might present itself as physical or emotional distress. During a Reiki session, the practitioner channels this energy through gentle touch. The client’s body takes in as much of this energy as it needs and delivers it to where it is needed most. Reiki can help ease tension and stress and facilitates healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. Clients usually feel pleasant and relaxed after the session.

In addition to your Reiki Level I attunement you will learn how to perform:​

Self-Healing Session -- hand positions to give Reiki to yourself!

Chair Healing Session -- hand positions to give Reiki to someone seated in a chair.

You will be given a Reiki Level I manual at the beginning of class and at the end of class you will receive a certificate for completing your Reiki Level I training!
