I want you to know that I see you and I understand! I was exactly where you are right now. I have learned a few things on the journey to find myself. There is more to life than the daily grind. If you desire change, you need to create space for that change to happen. The emotional and physical traumas that you have experienced in your life and the day to day stresses of family, work, money, and relationships can take a toll on your body, mind, and spirit. These things can cause blockages in your energy or “chi”. When the normal flow of energy is blocked, this is when you experience “dis-ease”. As you start on your healing journey, you will begin to clear out what no longer serves you and make room for what you desire, find the “you” that has been hiding, and you can share your unique gifts with the world.
